1 cup all purpose flour
1½ tsp. Baking powder
½ tsp salt
3 eggs
1½ canned sweet corn (cream),drained
2 tbsp white sugar
2 tbsp butter or margarine (melted)
oil for frying

Combine sifted flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside. Beat eggs add corn and sugar. Add to flour mixture. Beat until well blended and smooth. Drop by spoonful into deep hot oil. Fry until golden brown. Roll on combined sugar and butter while still hot.
