1 cup cucumber, seeded and cut into cubes
1 cup sweet corn kernels, drained
4 cups salad macaroni, cooked
1/4 cup cashew, chopped
1/2 cup thousand island dressing
THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 hard cooked egg, chopped
1 tsp. chili sauce
1/4 cup tomato catsup
2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. minced pimiento

Toss all ingredients together and mix in sufficient dressing to moisten. Season to taste. Chill. Serve in lettuce lined container. Thousand Island Dressing: Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
