1/2 kilo small alimasag 1 egg, sligthly beaten 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon chopped siling labuyo

Clean alimasag, wash thoroughly then cut in half.Place in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Toss to coat. Fry until golden brown and crisp.
