1 kilo sweet potato, cooked and diced 1/2 cup corn oil 2 tbsp. calamansi juice salt, pepper, vetsin to taste 1/4 cup green peppers, chopped 1/4cup celery, chopped
1/3 cup onions, chopped
Boil sweet potatoes until cooked. Peel and dice. Mix oil, juice and seasoning. Pour over potatoes. Chill for 3 hours. When ready to serve, add green peppers, onion and celery. Serve in a bed of lettuce.
