1 teaspoon olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 Shalit, chopped 4 ounces Chinese sausage, sliced 3 to 4 saffron strands 2 cups chicken stock 1 tablespoon soy sauce Dash of freshly ground black pepper
1 cup uncooked jasmine rice
