- 3-4 lbs fresh crabs
- 2 onions, finely minced
- 8 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 lb ground pork
- 4 eggs
- Salt and pepper
- Oil, for frying
Stieam crabs and remove shells; flake meat, but don’t remove legs and claws. Add meat to a bowl along with onion, garlic, pork, 1 egg, and salt and pepper.
Stuff crab shells with mixture.
Beat remaining 3 eggs and dip stuffed crab shells into egg. Fry in small amount of oil until golden. Serve immediately.
